Current state and problem
Accounting and tax office Meitnerová daně + účto s.r.o. has long handled the processing of its clients' documents exclusively manually. However, paper documents brought unnecessary delays, frequent errors and took up more and more space for physical archiving. This way of working limited efficiency and flexibility, as it required a constant physical presence in the office.
Proposed solution
The solution for Hana Meitnerová's office was the iNVOiCE FLOW system, which automates document processing. This system allows clients to send documents electronically, where the data is automatically read out, which is then prepared for further processing and securely archived. iNVOiCE FLOW enabled the office to switch to paperless operation, which not only eliminated the need for physical archiving, but also significantly accelerated the entire document processing process. At the same time, the overall efficiency of work in the office increased.
