The Automation4Business conference confirmed that digitalization is shaping accounting and finance more than ever before. Companies are no longer looking for a way to digitalize, but how to manage it in a way that benefits the entire organization.

The theme of digitalization ran throughout the entire program this year. Accounting and finance teams discussed how technology can help eliminate routine, improve data accuracy, and streamline collaboration between departments. Where data flows seamlessly between systems, there is no room for error, and company management gains confidence in the numbers they can rely on.

A practical example was Ovečkárna , which, thanks to the LOKiA WMS system, accelerated warehouse processes and made the documents for accounting and trade more precise. Digitalization here functions as a connecting element between operations, warehouse and finances - areas that previously only partially communicated with each other.

A significant part of the program was the presentation of colleagues Jaroslav Šufajzl and Adam Holman, who introduced the iNVOiCE FLOW system. Using real-life scenarios, they showed how the processing of received invoices can be fully automated - from document delivery to its approval and posting. Automation thus frees up the capacity of accounting teams and gives them space for data control and analysis instead of routine administration.

Automation4Business confirmed that the digitalization of accounting is no longer a marginal topic. It is becoming a tool for accurate decision-making, effective process management, and healthy corporate functioning.
