We have launched a new online tool for creating logistics labels with SSCC (Serial Shipping Container Code) barcodes. With its help, anyone can create their own label for free in literally a few clicks.
With the help of the ORiON® solution's label creation tool, it is now possible to not only generate labels with SSCC codes in a short time, but also print them straight away. We provide the service completely free of charge and anyone interested can use it to create any number of logistics labels.
Given that some large customers, such as AHOLD or MAKRO Cash & Carry, already require all their suppliers to label logistics units with SSCC codes (and some others are introducing a similar practice - for example, SPAR from January 1, 2014), the use of logistics labels with SSCC codes is becoming an everyday reality.
So be prepared and print your pallet label easily and at no cost.
Logistics labels and their codes can also be created directly in the ORiON electronic document exchange solution and simply added to electronic delivery advices (DESADV) with a few clicks. This is an additional SSCC service for the delivery note , which can be activated in ORiON at any time to meet customer requirements.
