They usually wait until it's too late. Warehouse workers can't keep up, mistakes are made, customers are dissatisfied - and the owner is then fighting the fire. However, it was enough to start solving the warehouse a few months earlier and the company would be ready for growth.
Can you share one specific experience from practice that will surprise participants the most?
Many people are interested in the story of Ovečkárna. Thanks to a smart warehouse, they can now handle many times more orders with the same number of people – and have room for further development.
