iNVOiCE FLOW introduces Rossum's new AI extraction module Aurora. This is a technological enhancement that will be automated and aims to improve the quality of document extraction.
Aurora, one of the most advanced tools for automatic invoice recognition and processing, will run in the background in iNVOiCE FLOW. Users will work with the system in the same way as before - the change does not require any settings or intervention from companies. However, it will gradually bring more accurate processing of invoice data.
" Extraction is essential for the entire process. Any improvement in data accuracy will be reflected in the smooth work of the accounting and financial teams. This step is a purely technological improvement - the customer does not have to set up or change anything, " says Petr Bukač, product manager at iNVOiCE FLOW.
The new module works better with diverse document types and its benefits will be apparent gradually, especially for invoices with a less standard structure, where it can reduce the need for control and support more stable output quality.
What are we planning next?
In the next phase, we are preparing the possibility of using a dedicated extraction queue , which will learn directly from the documents of individual companies. This solution will bring maximum accuracy even for specific documents or suppliers. Once it is made available, we will offer a clear procedure and support for deployment.
" We are continuously working on iNVOiCE FLOW. We are taking it step by step and investing in areas that have a direct impact on data quality and process reliability, " adds Petr Bukač.
The technology upgrade will take place automatically and without user intervention, allowing users to use iNVOiCE FLOW exactly as they are used to.
