Order response
The message is sent by the supplier to the customer as a response to the Order message ( ORDERS ). The meaning of the ORDRSP message is an itemized confirmation of what the supplier will deliver, what will not deliver, or what will be changed from the order.
The report is most beneficial where there is a high emphasis on accurate and fast information about order fulfillment. It therefore helps primarily the customer/buyer, who thanks to it receives very fast feedback on the availability of the ordered goods from the supplier. It can also be automatically compared with the order and therefore only those orders where deliveries will be reduced are processed.
