What will working with e-invoices look like after 2027? Where will accountants see received and sent documents, their status, or any potential errors? That is exactly why we have prepared an e-invoicing DEMO, where you can explore the environment before you start implementing the solution in your company.
Mandatory e-invoicing will introduce several new steps to invoice processing. Documents will need to be created in the required data structure, checked, sent via a digital postman, and delivered to the correct recipient. At the same time, information about their processing will be returned.
It is therefore important for accountants to see not only the invoice itself, but also what status it is in and whether the entire process was completed correctly.
Try working with e-invoices before the launch
In the GRiT DEMO account, you can explore the e-invoicing environment and get a concrete idea of how it will be possible to work with electronic invoices. You will see what the environment looks like, how to navigate it, and how everyday work with documents is carried out.
You don't have to move your work out of your accounting system because of e-invoicing
The DEMO shows the environment where e-invoices and their statuses can be checked. However, this does not mean that accountants will have to issue every invoice in another separate tool.
If a company uses an ERP or accounting system, invoices can continue to be created where users are accustomed to them. GRiT will take them in the agreed format, perform the necessary checks and any required conversion, ensure delivery via the Peppol network, and can return information about the processing result to the company system.
Receipts can be handled in a similar way. GRiT will take the e-invoice, check it, and pass it on in a suitable format to the accounting system, ERP, or subsequent workflow. This means the company does not have to create several parallel places for working with invoices due to the new obligation. Accountants can continue to work in their accounting or ERP system.
