1st October 2015, Brno – The Czech company CCV Information Systems established a new division CCV Customer Services. Its purpose is to supply CRM solutions and add-on services in the area of sales, marketing and customer care. Martin Vokřál has been appointed Director of the division, following his previous role as a product manager of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

The newly established division CCV Customer Services is a response to the increasing demand for comprehensive provision of services in the area of customer care. Supplied solutions are not focused solely on CRM systems, they also have added value. ‘Clients need help with setting up campaigns. They need to analyse data as far as the social networks and build customer satisfaction. Yet, they lack appropriate instruments,’ says Dalibor Damborský, CEO of CCV Information Systems, about the new initiatives.

The product portfolio of Customer Services division will also include a whole range of cloud services build on Microsoft Azure, which will be focused on solutions for customer strategy and improved teamwork. ‘We have more than 15 years of experience providing solutions as a service.  Therefore it is not a coincidence that the number of customers served through cloud solutions is growing dynamically. I believe that the new division will help us realize this potential even better’ adds Damborský.

Martin Vokřál was appointed to lead the division; previously, he had worked for CCV Information Systems as a consultant and subsequently as a product manager of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Before joining the company, he held a number of sales positions and also worked as a project manager for AQE Advisors. He graduated in Economics and Management from the University of Defense in Brno and in International Trade Law at the Faculty of Law from the Masaryk University. He is a Microsoft CRM Certified Professional and also a certified project manager. In his spare time Martin Vokřál plays the piano and goes skiing. He and his wife enjoy a common hobby of ballroom dancing.
