Looking for CRM for commercial or manufacturing company?

In cooperation with Microsoft Czech Republic and the Department of Business and Economics at the Mendel University in Brno, CCV Information Systems organized an expert conference around CRM for commercial and manufacturing companies, which was of great interest to heads of sales and marketing. The conference program was focused on planning, management and implementation of sales and marketing activities.

Nearly a hundred attendees, mostly managers from commercial and manufacturing companies have attended the conference, during the two days. The first part of the conference was held on March 24 at Microsoft’s offices in Prague, while the second one took place on March 26 on the premises of the Mendel University in Brno. 

The keynote speaker of the conference on CRM was the Associate Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics Doc. Ing. Svatopluk Kapounek, Ph.D. The subsequent programme included speakers from technology companies, who shared their experiences on how to achieve greater efficiency of commercial and marketing processes. It was supported by a number of practical demonstrations on how to develop commercial and marketing processes with the help of CRM for managing customer relationships.

The Product Manager of CRM at Microsoft, Ondřej Hanuš, shared in his presentation the Microsoft vision in the area of CRM. A number of process scenarios and interesting insights from the new version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 were introduced by experienced consultants, Martin Vokřál and Robert Kurečka.

The audience gave a positive feedback to a lecture on marketing practice, including guidelines for more efficient campaigns in relation to the CRM system, delivered by Petr Ondrášek. Radek Novák shared his practical experience with the application of CRM. The use of CRM in commercial processes was explained by Jiří Kašpar.
