CRM system will help South Moravian Innovation Centre manage relationships with partners

A Brno company CCV Information systems has won a tender for delivering customer relationship management system to South Moravian Innovation Centre (JIC). The chosen solution Microsoft Dynamics CRM will mainly help with recording subjects in individual innovation programmes, event management or creation and update of regional innovation strategy.

JIC supports people in creating developing companies that change the world. Start-ups that have gone through JIC programmes have already created more than 1 400 new job vacancies and another hundreds of positions in related services. In 12 years of its existence, JIC has started almost 360 collaborations among scientists and firms. In this context, it is also managing three technological and one biotechnological incubator in Brno. Through these and other activities is JIC helping to raise the competitiveness of the southern Moravia and to make it one of the most innovative regions in Europe.

CRM for the support of the development

Tailored Implementation

The users of the new system will be mainly Department of Operations (ICT, COO), Marketing, Regional innovation strategy and Start-up team. The deployment of the solution will be preceded by a series of workshops where the requirements of individual departments will be defined and these will be implemented afterwards. We are already counting mainly with the recording of participants in innovation programmes, event management, creation and update of regional innovation strategies or renting of buildings and offices.
